J.P. Property Management Limited is a very experienced Northampton Letting Agent specialising in residential lettings and property Management. 

Owner - Julie Payne has over 15 years experience in the industry so Landlords can be guaranteed that they will receive an excellent service from a professional agent. Our aim is to challenge the traditional Landlord/Tenant relationship by providing premier accommodation and an excellent management service.

Here at J.P. Property Management we offer:

    Monthly statements e-mailed directly to our landlords.
    We inspect properties every 12 weeks.
    All rents are paid by BACS and are sent straight into landlords accounts.
    We pay landlords rents upon receipt.
    We have very distinctive TO LET boards.
    We advertise on RIGHTMOVE.co.uk
    We are open from 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 4pm Sat
    Our office is easy to access and ample parking is available.
    We provide a full range of services from cleaning, gas safety inspectiont to removals and property refurbishment (see additional services page) 
    We have an out of hours maintenance provider (if required)
