About J.P. Property Management

J.P. Property Management is a very experienced Northampton Letting Agent specialising in residential lettings and property management. 

Owner - Julie Payne has over 15 years experience in the industry so Landlords can be guaranteed that they will receive an excellent service from a professional agent. Our aim is to challenge the traditional Landlord/Tenant relationship by providing premier accommodation and an excellent management service.

Here at J.P. Property Management we offer:

 

  • Monthly statements e-mailed directly to our landlords.
  • We inspect properties every 12 weeks.
  • All rents are paid by BACS and are sent straight into landlords accounts.
  • We pay landlords rents upon receipt.
  • We have very distinctive TO LET boards.
  • We advertise on RIGHTMOVE.co.uk & SPAREROOM.com
  • We are open from 9am to 8pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 4pm Sat & SUNDAY.
  • Our office is easy to access and ample parking is available.
  • We provide a full range of services from cleaning, gas safety inspectiont to removals and property refurbishment (see additional services page) 
  • We have an out of hours maintenance provider (if required)

 

We strongly believe that property management should be a partnership between agent and landlord and that in the long or short-term this partnership should be built on mutual respect and trust.
