Applying for a Tenancy


To apply for a Tenancy with J.P. Property Management Limited, you must be:

*In full time permanent employment
*Be over 18 years of age
*Have a clean credit history

You will need to complete an application form. Please make sure you complete this clearly and thoroughly. We will send this form to an outside referencing agency who will carry out a credit checks and take up references.

With your application form you will need to provide us with ALL THREE of the following:

*Photo ID  (i.e - drivers license, or current passport)

*Proof of current address over the last three months i.e - a utility bill. 

*Your National Insurance number.

Your Tenancy Application will not proceed until we have all the relevant information.

You will need to confirm with us, the date and time you wish to sign your Tenancy Agreement. Please allow at least ½ an hour for this process. Everyone whose name appears on the Tenancy Agreement needs to attend this appointment. Saturday appointments are available by prior appointment.

You may only move into a property once we have received cleared funds in the form of a Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer or Cash. Credit cards, personal cheques will not be accepted.

J.P. Property Management Limited  let properties in two different ways - Managed & Unmanaged. Managed means that J.P. Property Management Limited is your contact throughout your tenancy. Unmanaged means that you deal directly with your Landlord once you move in.

Please be aware that if your property is a LET ONLY property we will not be able to assist you with any maintenance issues, you need to contact your landlord directly.
